• Basic, Graphite Coated Nickel/Iron Electrode For High Strength Repair & Maintenance Welding Of Spherical Graphite (S.G) Iron, Austenitic Cast Iron, Meehanite & A Wide Range Cast Iron. Produces A Soft Stable Arc With Minimal Penetration & Spatter & Is Very Tolerant To Parent Metal Condiments Such As Oil And Dirt. The Ductile Nickel/Iron Weld Deposit Is Readily Machinable & Has Higher Strength Required For Welding S.G Irons. Where Higher Joint Strength Is Important It Be Used For Root & Fill Passes Followed By Capping Passes With Tradecast 100 For Smoother Surface Finish.
